For as long as we can remember, our grandfather Poppy, short for Papou in Greek, could always be heard whipping up something in the downstairs kitchen of his Queens home. It only seemed fitting that we would name our business after the man who inspired our venture into the food industry.
After perfecting our family recipe for 35 years we are finally ready to share our handcrafted cheesecakes with you. And since cheesecake was originally served to athletes at the Olympics in ancient Greece, we guess you could say that it's in our blood.
